What does it mean if the journals are the same?

So one of my focal students basically just wrote what his partner talked about. But I don't know if he(or even the kid who said it) actually knows what it means.  Does that show me something about conversation?  They keep talking about Peeta being a plot point for the book the Hunger Games. I don't really know what they mean by that.  I wonder what this might mean for conversation and pushing thinking?  I will upload a scan of both of these journals. I feel like Noah is the one who thought of this, and Gombo, one of my focal students, is just writing it bc Noah said to write it. I think that because I mostly heard Noah saying this loudly and also it's the type of thing Noah would say, and not something that Gombo would say. I've seen very little critical thinking from Gombo. He does a lot of parroting, which is what I believe he's doing here.I'm not sure what it means right now. I'm just noting it.
